Signs and Wonders, Part 2

You know, that Podcast about the signs and wonders going on in certain parts of the world made me think of something (or...they may have mentioned it in the Podcast...either way...).

One of the criticisms that is often levelled against Christianity, especially the orthodox view, is that our claim of Christ being the only way is narrow and dogmatic. It is, but that’s not the point. The real problem underlying the concern people have with this idea is the fate of the unevangelised.

Now, we could offer all sorts of arguments here, but I don’t want to do that. What I want to draw your attention to is this – the people in those parts of the world who are really seeking God? They are having dreams and visions. God is revealing Himself to them because they are seeking Him and trying to find the Truth.

All theories about the fate of the unevangelised aside, it seems that God is more than willing to reveal Himself to those who are truly seeking Him. Isn’t that great?

Lewis made a great point once concerning those worried for the un-evangelized. I don't remember it word for word, but it was something to the effect of, 'If the house is the only shelter there is and you are worried about those left out in the rain, the silliest thing you can do is stand outside with them.'
Thats not exactly it, but I'm tired and its almost 1am. Well past my bedtime.
Keep posting Dave, I'm lovin' it! (more than McD's)
